This is our Spring Equinox and Earth Day themed market. Hard deadline for applications and acceptance is March 27, 2020.
Important Notes: The demographics of attendees at these events is similar to that of the Pasadena Playhouse District and and our very popular past holiday markets in this Old Pasadena area. Expect to see a lot of young families with children and people with dogs. Expect a sales oriented event with ~5k attendees.
Table spaces include 8’ table, chair and white market umbrella.
There are limited BYO tent spaces. All BYO tents must be white, meet fire ratings with a CA flame certification seal, and all corners must be secured with 40# ballast weight. Tent packages (with table and chair) are also available at cost for $150. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Limited truck and mobile vendor spaces available. Packaged food vendors welcome. Limited prepared food accepted. CBD products welcome. THC based products cannot be accepted at this time.
ALL VENDORS are subject to City of Pasadena business license requirements and an ANNUAL license is required for this regularly recurring event (not a one day special event license). City of Pasadena business license fees (non food) are approximately $168.08 for an annual license that can be used across multiple events and event dates throughout the license period of September 2019 to September 2020. Food vendors are also subject to City of Pasadena health permit requirements. One day event permit (TFF) for packaged and sampling is $99 or $220 for an annual site specific permit (TFF) that can be used across multiple event dates. Special complimentary spaces available for produce vendors, flower vendors and non profit organizations with application and app fee. Inquire for more details. Special discounted pricing available for food vendors whose CPG SKUs are all <$10 or less.
